Days when he cant stop talking

Teddy is a talker. I don't mean he likes to ask a few questions or likes to tell stories I mean he DOESN'T STOP TALKING. When he runs out of things to say, his English is good but he still struggles a little, he will just start singing the ABC's or counting to 10. This is wearing on me. I dread getting in a car with him. I wont to tape his mouth shut for a quiet ride. To get to most places its at least a 30 min ride. For 30 min I grind my teeth together and my right arm aches so much I'm assuming for tensing up. And he always has to have the last word. If Ollie ask a question or tells me something he HAS to ask the same question and tell me anything as long as he got to talk after her. Now I know he just wants my attention BUT still I'm loosing my self control and in my head all I can hear is "can you just shut up for 2 min!"
